Well done ExPol; you fulfilled your brief.
Non-Believer
One wonders if the Ranson team were/are to be, queried as to how they arrived at their claim then? If there was no wrong doing in the documents there is nothing to fear in this? Edited January 18, 2023 by Non-Believer typo
Andy Onchan
I thought the claim was to do with documents being produced post-event. Wasn't there a suggestion that the meta data proved that?

The real issue is about non-disclosure and the way in which the disclosure process was handled. And we already know that was against all the relevant legal guidelines and processes. Some like Ashford have admitted as much. Still I'm sure in future defendants will be making use of the precedent where you can get the forensics done by your mates instead and have them announce in six months time that there's nothing to see here and that the accused never touched a drop/joint or that the substance was really oregano or talcum powder. 2 1

Dirty Buggane
Would it not be usual for both sides to have there own investigation and outcome on any evidence, or did they say our experts looked at it and its all sound. Or is it tied into the renumeration, take our word for it and we will up the payout by 25% you know it makes sense.
