I fail to understand how, when she was 25+ years(?) as a GP, she managed to find time to be a medical director for a NHS authority at the same time. How's that work when she has no front line experience with the emergency services? I wait to be educated by Wrighty at some point.

It’s because not all doctors are available to be booked for every session/slot.

Some of the Dr’s will only work part time so won’t be available some days/slots. Others will run specific clinics on certain dates/times so won’t be available some days/slots. Others may be on holiday or undergoing training so won’t be available some days/slots. Some slots are held back for the morning phone lottery.

There was only one doctor available for each surgery location. And in both instances the only available times were mornings.
