cissolt
I guess this answers Lawrie Hoopers question about whether the CEO should be based here. The answer is yes, so she can face any contempt charge that may come about! 1

John Wright
17 minutes ago, Boris Johnson said: Really? Really. Doses aren’t immediately effective. First dose less effective than 2nd. We were in lockdown from 5/1/22 anyway. You could argue that lengthening the gap between doses from 3 or 4 to 12 weeks had a more serious effect, but against that you’d have had to slow down the first jab rate if you’d stayed with the shorter period. That leaves more vulnerable people unprotected for longer. By late May or June we’d caught up with E&W vaccination rates and have been ahead for the last 7 months. For most of the time between 18/12/21 and end June 22 we were covid free. There wouldn’t have been many vaccinated over Xmas and New Year. Its a political balancing act. No answer, between the two, is right. Whats unseemly is the apparent way, according to Mrs Ranson, there was squabbling bewtween the Acting CEO of DHSC ( with no medical qualifications ) and the Medical Director DHSC ( and designated Medical Director Manx Care ( with medical qualifications ).

That is where the oddity lies, why would two people with completely different roles and qualifications have any jealousy between them? Neither could do the job of the other, so where would the jealousy, or covetousness, arise?
