I would add that a vitamin D3 supplement with the addition of K3 is better as it allows calcium to do it’s job rather than coat tissue and artery walls.

There’s also a lot of research coming about adding magnesium to the D3/K3  supplementation protocol. Worth checking out and making your own mind up about.

I thought the latest fad was B12 & K3 being taken together?

MEDS closed again.  Manx care is an utter shambles.  If you don't have enough staff just say so instead of this unforseen circumstances nonsense.

I note that they are also asking us which women's health services they should cut... sorry I mean prioritise.

Don't we pay exorbitant salaries to the board to make decisions based on their many years of 'expertise'?

The optimist in me thinks it's good that they're asking service users for input into the services offered so they can make informed decisions.

The cynic in me thinks it's just a box-ticking exercise and they'll ignore the consultation results and do what they already have planned anyway.

And yes we pay them handsomely for their decisions, but they really do need to have feedback from service users - in addition to their "expertise" - to make the correct decisions.

Could be about patients fitness e.g those in and out of MH treatment and who might be interesting subjects for reality TV or about ambulance service, TT responders etc. all the blue light stuff on channel 5.

Dr Hudson is a good psychiatrist and has worked here for a number of years.
