Almost all of it is Government and Dandara. They have a close working relationship. Could be used for ground floor small retail and apartments above to liven up the town centre in the evening providing a source of economic activity. Indeed but feel they have actually had a bit of a wake up call and know the outgoings in years to come , next 10 say , will clear them out virtually.
