So you’re saying because you’re poor & need social housing you have to live back of strand street , very richTory attitude.A budget hotel is different from large scale housing development, car parking or commercial is only solution for that area. Lord street flats & westmoreland road will be social housing.

IOMG are discouraging car parking.
Cueey Lewis And The News
Published today. Oldest and youngest populations. IOM 9th worst older population.
Two-lane
That depends how you look at things. The countries with the youngest population have so because before people get to the age of 25 they have either been shot or died of a illness that was treatable elsewhere.

TheTeapot
That chart should immediately make anyone go hmmm. 7 of the top 10 are minute 'countries'.

Are you assuming a direct causal link between country/population size and mean age? Not sure there is. Places like Vatican it’s all old men. Cardinals, bishops, etc. In fact I’m surprised it’s so low. Perhaps there are lots of 20 year old Swiss Guards, or choir boys? St Helena, kids leave for education and don’t return. Wages and job opportunities are low and far between. Monaco and San Marino have no borders with the countries that surround them. Lots of youngsters live in France or Italy because it’s too expensive to buy at home and there are limited job opportunities.

Not sure there is. No, I am not. I am saying that a simple table like that shows significant biases. Biases like the common sense explanation examples you have given, along with the known problems of comparing very small with very big. It is one of those things that happens with simplified statistics, where a result can be both accurate and misleading.
