It will almost certainly come to the conclusion that we need more (management) consultants.  And 'change consultants' - always a good substitute for actual change.  Though you wonder why more advice is needed while we have a Transformation Office, with a Transformation Board and a Political Transformation Board to oversee them (even though it's mostly the same people) and a Transformation Panel as well.

All these people dedicated to changing things.  To be fair they don't claim to be changing them for the better.  At least not for the rest of us.

Transformation is going into the DHSC.

There must be one of the many civil servants employed that could be doing this ffs.

On first view, the Auditor General, you would think.  Haven't poked around , but you would think that it should sit there and that Manx Care comes under the Audit Act 2006.

I searched - and failed. Does anyone have a plain, straightforward description of what the Transformation Programme is?

Yes. But are you really really really sure you're ready for it? 🔪

Yes, £35,000.00 per month running costs on an brand new state of the art Care Home, with absolutely no people to care for.  It the new way, Hoopers strategy for Manx Care, If we don't have people to care for, we can have a better way forward for the Island health care. More money for administration staff, as the less people they care for, the less nurses, doctors, consultants, surgeons and general staff we need.        Hoopers is the greatest Minister the island has seen,  cutting waiting lists, fewer people in Nobles Hospital. Just what everyone wanted.

Hoopers push to be the next Chief Minister.

So did the staff, so did Tynwald in 2105, when they voted for the monies to be allocated. But Hooper wasn't there in 2015, so that doesn't count or the will of Tynwald.  I had to take an extended break this morning as Tynwald was hilarious today.

No...The Abbotswood ones.

Oh hang on a minute, they might not be available.

Government preferred cuts.

Is that ever going to be investigated properly?

Listen to question three today : Whether the C.M. commissioned any reports into the handling of the changes to the HSCC and any related complaints; and if so, when he will publish these.

And you right the answer was No, he will not publish. So no chance with Abbotswood.

Jesus ! the whole shooting match politically is in a terrible mess !

The DHSC has, and does have, the worst politicians the island could have produced, and is arguably the most important cornerstone of our society !

I had assumed that they would have removed some of the toxic members during the reshuffle, it appears that swearing at our MHKs gets you a promotion to Treasury!
