Some of the names are redacted at the top and not redacted later on. The 'questionnaire' didn't seem to actually ask the right questions which I assume is why they redacted it. No I don't think so, Theresa cope's comments appeared in 'a' version of the Kate brunner report and it was removed then republished minus her comments.
