I would imagine they are annoyed the mountain is closed though. I know a number of people who have first visited on these sort of events who now live here and employ people. Omobono Posted April 23, 2023 Share Posted April 23, 2023 Whats the point in bringing car clubs here at this time of the year when the mountain road is closed for 3 weeks and the speed limit from Douglas to Ballacraine is 30 and 40 miles per hour , is DOI trying to kill off all motorsport related events , it seems crazy when you can turn off onto the Starvey road and there is an unlimited speed sign on a road you are lucky to travel at more then 20 miles per hour on Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
