What is more they will all be scheduled through the Parliamentary Year rather than all crammed into the same sitting in the hope that there will be no scrutiny because they all want to get off on their hols (this usually happens with July Tynwald where the agenda is crammed to bursting deliberately). This is one of Cannan's "things" he has several times said he wants Tynwald sittings themed. I suppose this is a way he could do it from a Government perspective. He of course has no control over the parliamentary side of things. So as much as he might want to have a DHSC or DoI themed Tynwald there's will always be a member who'll Table a random debate on red squirrels or the scourge of seagulls.
