Rather a lot of adjacent properties! Next step is petition of doleance but not sure if they can be bothered or who hears petitions

Mercenary
Not exactly a success story for development round the quayside in later years - the big site on South Quay, Newsons, Trafalgar & Lord Street bus station. Although development costs are high it must be some of the highest value sites for developed land so you have to question the wider planning process & policy

More Quay West apartments this year. The site by the Traf will start in the next 12 months. Parade street will hit planning soon. The casino behind Plan.com will be next 12-18 months. The Villiers site will start this year. Duke Street is going again. Lots of activity in that part of town, and hopefully the hotel on the old Salvation Army site as well. Just this Newson debacle ruining everything

The Phantom
More planning chaos to come? Derelict falling down building to be levelled and replaced. Either way, the usual blockers will doubtless be out in force. 1

ian rush
If they’re not registered and it’s simply part of the conservation area, any relatively sympathetic development with adequate parking etc should be fine. Quay West is next door ish.
