When Skies Are Grey
Im not sure if this was posted anywhere else or whether anyone on here really cares that much but did you see the news about the proposed new form of Isle of Man company? The key aspects of the new company would be No local Directors or Secretaries No requirement for an annual return (unless doing business locally) Corporate Directors allowed No place of establishment created if only being administered here Whilst only at consultative stage it appears that the overall review of IOM company law that is being undertaking is causing some mild panic. Perhaps the FSC are realising that they will have nothing left to laud over if things keep going the way they are. Whether this new company is the answer is another matter. At least if keeps Mr Bell busy anyway.
