A couple of days ago, my daughter got a certificate for swimming 10 meters. The teacher gave us a voucher to take to the Pool reception and pay them £3.50 to receive the certificate. I'd like to add that she is only 4 and weirdly has been able to swim that distance underwater for ages. It's getting her to do it on the surface and not pretending to be a mermaid that's difficult. Well hasn’t Liverpool Docklands lost its Biosphere accreditation because of the new Everton Stadium which will create loads of new jobs and enhance the area, most likely leading to more investment. Because years of development (investment and jobs) has ruined the Victorian Dock apocalyptic wasteland.
