Bandits
Russia now with slightly less influential Russians in it. Looks like Germany and the EUs dependence on supplies from Gasprom etc funded the whole invasion and those who knew the money trail are all now dead https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11082383/Why-Russian-tycoons-died-suspiciously-war-began.html

The only thing is was this Putin thanking him for convincing him to go down the disastrous route of the invasion, or the Ukrainians or Americans thanking him for the same thing. Whatever it’s brought the horror of what he’s been inflicting on other peoples children direct to his own front door.

quilp
Plenty of internal strife going on inside Russia. The Putin regime has active and dangerous home-grown opponents and others who largely disagree with the Ukraine operation. Needn't be an outside source.

If it was the Russians then it’s clear Putin is still feeling very vulnerable. If it isn’t then it’s showing it’s not just Russian controlled Crimea that needs to be worried. These sort of car bombings (along with plane and helicopter crashes) were very popular in the 1990 which suggests it’s more likely an inside job. manxfisherman
It's very hard to follow what is going on. There are now reports that he has also been poisoned and is in hospital as well.

Definitely Russia. But as you say it doesn’t really matter. Like thousands of Ukrainians he saw his own child blown up right in front of him. There are rumours now that he’s been poisoned. I can’t feel sorry for such a sack if shit and if he has been poisoned he’ll die with the knowledge of his childs traumatic death preceding his - again like thousands of Ukrainians.
P.K.
The Ukrainians know that the Russian weak spots are their Command & Control which are characteristically slow and their Logistics which are stretched. So they have been targeting C&C centres and supply dumps with their HIMARS systems to degrade Russian combat power with minimal effort. HIMARS have also now destroyed the Antonivskyi Bridge across the Dnipro river. This was the last way in and out of Kherson leaving the Russian troops who garrisoned the city trapped there. As many as 20,000 of them. Personally I would leave them there...
The Phantom
Regarding the attack late last week on the Crimea Naval Base; apparently it was the first day in the office of the newly appointed Black See Fleet Commander! Welcome to the new job comrade. It also wouldn't surprise me if Russia was also behind the Finnish PMs party video leak. #partylikesanna is now going viral. Some of the Ukrainian military social media recently relating to Crimea has been hilarious too. Thanking a fat Russian tourist in speedos who took a selfie next to an anti air battery (located and destroyed within 24 hrs). Asking Russian Tourists to bring extra fire extinguishers and sunscreen. Someone also hacked one of the electronic motorway signs entering Crimea to say "Welcome to Ukraine".
The Phantom
Drawn the Orcs to the South with their much hyped counter offensive around Kherson. Pinned them down and destroyed their supply lines. Attacking the remaining Orcs now in the North around Khakiv (it seems very successfully) who are poorly equipped national guard units. Very clever. quilp
Whilst watching the videos coming out of Ukraine, of tanks, vehicles and sqauddies being blown to the heavens, I began noticing that some of the tanks and vehicles were already 'dead' and couldn't see the point of blowing them up again. Furthermore, some of the videos are re-runs of older strikes, only this time the vids are being run as a reversed image. Even in the beginning, the wrecks we were seeing had me thinking that the rust had set in very quickly on the T-72's and AFV's. I then discovered that the whole area where they're fighting now is littered with wreckage of previous skirmishes, some dating back to 2014. Also, Russian Telegram channels show some of the very same videos but claiming the wreckage is of Ukrainian hardware, obviously when any identifying markings have been obliterated from view. The first casualty of war is the truth.
