To ask for clarification on how Teachers should address the situation.

It's a bit of a non story because of course the Union would want to ensure that It's members act appropriately on this topic.

Can we also stop referring to the Daily Mail?

Why do gullible people fall for this nonsense. Why can't they see that it's 99% MSM getting clicks on their websites.

They're constantly on the lookout for the next things to outrage stupid people in order to increase their  advertising revenue- furries is just one of those things.

Wise up.

This nonsense ( and it is nonsense) about schoolchildren identifying as animals etc has been borne of men and women, boys and girls claiming to identify as the other.

Whatever you think of this it is indisputable that this itself would be described as nonsense not so long ago ( and is still described as thus by many).

Yesterday’s nonsense often becomes todays accepted fact. This isn’t just restricted to the gender identity issue

You’re not wrong there.

However, this is hastened in a huge way by the MSM blowing everything up to suit their agenda and keeping it in the public eye rather than just letting it happen (or not happen) and letting nature and human behaviour take it’s natural course.

And there’s no shortage of shortsighted individuals with little else to occupy themselves except to fear and judge others to lap it all up, beleive the hype, spread the hype and use the hype to bolster their un justified feelings of indignation.

Meanwhile the MSM rakes all the money in. It’s nothing new. I just find it difficult to believe that people can’t see through it.

The same way allowing gay marriage has lead to allowing people to marry cars, trees and horses like the exact same group claimed about that? Trans panic now is just gay panic from 50 years ago, and it's equally as dim.

It’s got nothing to do with trans panic or the issue of gay acceptance.
All I said was this identifying ( or more properly claiming to identify ) as a cat all started as a response to the gender identity issues.

Without that gender identity debate, no one would have even thought to say that they identified as a cat etc. It’s a response to it that’s all. You can’t say there’s no linkage. Well you can but you’d be wrong.

Whether it’s meant to be humorous or take the piss out of those claiming to be of a different gender from the sex they were born I don’t know.

You can’t be a cat anymore than you can marry a car.

The Catholic Church, out of wedlock children, unmarried mothers, Tuam.

1925 -1961 796 put in a septic tank.

Lovely religion.

WARNING - This is much worse than the Magdalene "laundries". Such contempt for the innocent and fallen.

It's a terrible story that'll haunt Ireland for generations. I've never forgotten a quote by an Irish historian from years ago. It went something like: The Republic won its independence from Britain in a bitter Irish civil war in 1922; and what followed was sixty years of popery, poverty, paedophilia and the potato. Like Spain, from where many Celts originally came,  Eire became one of the poor countries of Europe. It wasn't until (Like Spain) they joined the trans-national European Union that their fortunes changed. They haven't looked back. Spain has a dark history too that they'd rather forget, but that's another story.

You are basing your argument on a falsehood sold to you by the media.

School children are not identifying as cats!  It's all made up BS.

In fact I don't believe anyone is identifying as a cat (which is very different from gender).  Probably tye closest you get to this is "furries" which have been around for years and never caused any issue.
