Mortal Wombat Posted August 18, 2005 Share Posted August 18, 2005 Just thought i'd air this: Apparently the technology is in place for Manx Telecom (aka O2) to upgrade everyone of broadband to 2mb connections instantly and at no cost to themselves. Why haven't they done it? My parents are with BT and were upgraded to 2mb ages ago, at no extra cost and without them even knowing. and guess what? they pay a lot less than we do here! so what's the story? are we to conitnue to pay £30+ per month for 512k just because there isn't an alternative or are there plans to upgrade everyone in line with the rest of the UK? anyone got any info?
