I see where you are coming from. Depends on your model though, some things come and go, some are timeless. If you are traditional you dont need to rebrand, if you are out there, you need to stay out there.

 Horses for courses.

Where has rebranded and made a success of it?

Kurries and Steaks...is seven kingdoms.

Kurries and steaks is still kurries and steaks.  They have extended into another premises (which is bad)

That doesn’t prove your point at all 😂

Do you know what a rebrand is?

Why don’t you ask Mario? It seems to be a rebranding.

Please explain an “Enzo”?

Owing loads of money to suppliers and landlords having house essentially repossessed by the bank - nothing to do with kids ex wife (now) Elizabeth having to start from scratch again (she’s alright now) Ciapelli is essentially Manx for arrogant defaulting twat

I believe that Portofino Restaurant is the trading name of Xander Ltd which featured in the list of companies and businesses which "Failed to pay Income Tax Instalment Payments and/or Class 1 National Insurance Contributions by the due date" in this article:

Thousands in fines for tax offences | iomtoday.co.im

May have some relevance?

For £1150?

Probably.  The place has been struggling for years to pay bills and has really annoyed plenty of businesses and charities who have had meals there by trying to charge them more than they should have been charged.
