Either some people just want to troll or there are some very worrying people out there, perpetually angry but safe behind their keyboard to rant. Exactly the type who would never actually say anything though to the face of anyone. Others who seem to dislike people on here for little to no reason at all. Regardless of their intention, they really need to get a life. I don't think the scene on the Isle of Man is great. There are a handful of decent places. Certainly of the ones I'd provide custom to, most of them are not Manx owned. I don't choose the places based on the nationality of the owner. I'd frequent it because I like being there. Absolutely zero racist about that whatsoever. It's the general tone of the whole thing. He's denegrating people who've come here and done something. He's also using sweeping generalisations and completely non-factual references to places failing and them leaving debts behind but leaving with their cars. None of it actually makes any sense. Even if it did, it wouldn't apply to all of them. Even if it did, it wouldn't just be non Manx people. There's an inference in what he says that people come here and think they know better when actually he (or Manx people do). IMO that's absolutely not the case. Some Manx people talk as if they're somehow superior to people that come here. The most obvious example of Manx racism, which I've debated endlessly so won't be doing so again, is one of the most famous sayings. "There's a boat in the morning".
