Where do you get them from ? I know that the Robinsons at Cooil Road stocks the Ross  bakery ones but they were a bit soggy 

Maybe it's better if I get them as soon as they make it ..

They need to be left out in the warm but the bakery puts them in those bags and they just steam away and, as you've discovered there's little worse than steamed filo pastry.

On the odd occasion when I've bought them I put them bottom down on a hot oven tray for 5/6 minutes. That crisps the filo back up.

They are actually ridiculously easy to make yourself especially if you buy the filo pastry.
