whereas you keep posting, confirming you are a useless dick. I realised a while ago you were hard of thinking but what part of Jack's posts keeps eluding you?

You’re really funny. Nice to see that you’re no longer wearing the gay earring in one ear. Obviously a sign of some vague sort of maturity.

There’s also at least one level in Chester St that’s government only parking.

That's not right. There are no levels for government only parking. Levels 7 8 and 9 are for contract parking which is available to anyone who wants it.

Yes sorry so that nobody potentially gets taxed as a benefit in kind government has  a load of slots in the contract parking area that workers use. It still means that there are three levels where public parking has been removed.

That’s not how benefit in kind taxation works, either.

Mummy needs to strengthen the parental controls on your iPad and put you on the naughty step for twelve minutes.

Is provision of parking still regarded as a 'Benefit' for tax purposes?

No. See the Assessors Guidance GN40 in the downloadable documents https://www.gov.im/categories/tax-vat-and-your-money/income-tax-and-national-insurance/employers/

Been exempt since at least 2007, but probably earlier.

so when people use their workplace car park for going into town at the weekend they should owe tax on the parking then as they aren't at that time attending their place of work ?
