Ashford: Should he stay or should he go?

136 members have voted

  1. 1. What is the forums view on this fantasists ability to hang on to a role on Comin?

    • He should resign himself
    • He should be told to go regardless
  2. 2. Does anyone think he has the personal integrity to tender a resignation himself without being pushed?

  3. 3. Should the UK also be asking questions about his MBE?

Most of those who have left were featured in a negative light in the Ranson tribunal. With the exception of the DFE chap.

The DFE chap’s leaving had been planned for several weeks and he had handed in his notice a while back, before the tribunal results. It was not connected with the Ranson tribunal results and I think it’s unfortunate that the news came out on the day it did, as he has been undeservedly tarred with the same brush as Malone, Ashford et al.

(Although I believe the DFE chap outed himself as leaving via Twitter. I don’t know if this is how the media got hold of it or if the news went through official channels).

Are they not a bit like the Ten Commandments though? Few would be able to quote them word for word but everybody knows you shouldn’t kill etc.

Something about not bearing false witness if you can implausibly claim to not have  realised you were at a party or have shredded the letter because  of GDPR.

This young David fella used to work in the Outback.

He now has an MBE and by the end of his current term will have taken in over half a million from tax payers in pay since he got into politics.

Props, he's played you all.

And he still has his part time job at the Outback!

Your feeling of sadness are as valid as those of anyone else no matter what they are going through.

Grief is the price we pay for love, but knowing that doesn’t make it any easier. ❤️

Well just a great big thankyou to all those folk who have been in touch, amazing and lovely and kind, thanks from both of us.

Which makes this clip from Lawrie even more baffling as he chaired the secret Ranson PAC evidence session:

Is he Naïve? Or dishonest? He doesn't come across as stupid.

Dishonestly saving his job.

I wouldn't trust a drink poured by him.

But he will have watched Tom Cruise in Cocktail over 200 times and it will be the best drink ever served to anyone based on hours and hours of research conducted by Ashie. Besides he still does their bookkeeping part time.

Well paid monkeys.........

Being an MHK is hardly a status job or a well respected position.

You become a MP and you have a bit of Gravitas, you don't get that here.

You do, it is simply assumed.
