Ashford: Should he stay or should he go?

  1. 1. What is the forums view on this fantasists ability to hang on to a role on Comin?

    • He should resign himself
    • He should be told to go regardless
  2. 2. Does anyone think he has the personal integrity to tender a resignation himself without being pushed?

  3. 3. Should the UK also be asking questions about his MBE?

Mr Ashford appears to have become something of a fixture at Manx Radio Towers of late

He must have an enormous didgeridoo

I assume he was up late the night before reading Capital Project Management for Dummies. it is strange how this man who achieved very little before getting into politics has become an instant expert on everything. He has more front than Harrods; either that or he truly is the remarkable person he would like us to think he is.

A legend in his own mind. No more no less . Just full of shit . Sad really as he now has the platform to screw his mindset up even more.

FFS that’s pitiful. While he’s at explaining capital project management to us all could he touch on the £35M budget overrun on Liverpool while he was Treasury Minister? It might help put his skills into context.

I'm not sure that anyone could use the term "overrun" to explain a cost increase from inception at 3.5 million to upwards of seventy !

They are the same skills he used to steer us through the pandemic, that will be sweet FA.

just relying on the shite fed to him by trusted advisors.(civil service)

And we all know how that panned out

Yep, and his claim that he has written 'codes' and it's easy to copy a programming language by looking over someone's shoulder!

To be fair, whilst that's amusing, he can't really be held responsible for that fiasco. It was out of control before his short tenure. Now let's think, who was treasury minister for most of the time when that ran away with itself🤔

He probably codes programs designed to render computer-based files unreadable. The greatest shredding App of our times from the world leading shredder.

Astonishing but unsurprising lack of self awareness - David you seem to forget you are one of the main causes of the mess.

Unfortunately, Walter has more than a smattering of loyal followers who refuse to see where he went wrong and who are oblivious to the criticisms raised against him. Even when those criticisms are brought to light in an official enquiry he keeps buggering on as if it all means very little.
