Gender Dysphoria includes body dysmorphia but the two do not always correlate. Someone who identifies as bi-gender, for example, could be happy with their body but unhappy with their gender presentation. Self identification is a good thing that allows people to identify with who they feel themselves to be. Take note that in countries that allow this, there hasn't. been a sudden wave of sexual assaults involving trans people. Self identification is not a bad thing. The daily mail is a shit source for news and should never be taken at face value. Gender fluidity, which is what was being spoken about earlier on, is recognising that your identity in who you are, how you feel, what you identify with and express, is malleable and in some people tends to shift around over time. This isn't some weird alien thing, it happens all around us all the time in all walks of life and has done for thousands of years. JK Rowling is a bag of magic dicks that cast spells to conjure even more dicks. Gender therapy and treatment is essential. Just because you don't get it, doesn't make it any less important.
