Buggered if I can remember what of, but seem to remember compass points being prominently feature. Maybe some one else has better recollection than I. And the point I am trying to make is its been plans for nigh on 45 years and still not a rock turned. The wheels of time turn slowly but not as slow as an MHK's brain. The MDC and IOMG can make all these grand announcements at the Island Conference, an opportunity for CM Cannan to dick wave. Whilst these plans are welcome, sorry to sound cynical but I feel these are announcements to appease the masses.
