Did you think tidy’s forthcoming Weekender couldn’t get any better? Did you think there really couldn’t be anything else tidy could add to this already ‘on the verge of exploding’ recipe? The simple answer to the above is YES!

Not only have they secured the most throbbing line-up in hard dance history, complimented with a more than plentiful dose of hardcore, breaks and electro. Not only will they keep you up all night and entertain you all day, but they’ve bagged the country's biggest broadcast institution, and they’ve bagged them for 2 days! Yes, that’s right, BBC Radio 1 will be at the Weekender on Saturday and Sunday and they’ll be LIVE!

It gets better…………..For one lucky camper, the UK’s most listened to DJ will be broadcasting his show live from your chalet! Judge Jules, Radio 1’s long serving dance maestro will be taking over one lucky person’s chalet for the first half of his show and broadcasting live to the nation. The second half will come from the balcony outside the chosen chalet, giving the tidy massive an opportunity to make some noise! The person residing in the chosen chalet won’t know until he or she arrives on the Friday, when they’ll be handed the golden key!

If that wasn’t enough, Radio 1 will again come live from the tidy Weekender as the Tidy Boys and Amber D deliver the Essential Mix between 1am and 3am. The Tidy Boys are no strangers to the mix that matters, and this second airing for them is something DJs dream of. As for Amber D, what more can we say. She is the golden feather in tidy’s cap, a girl whose meteoric rise to superstardom is only heard of in fairytales.

Sunday afternoon sees the legendary Dave Pearce take over the Queen Vic where he’ll deliver his infamous Dance Anthems show; once again 100% LIVE!! From 7pm till 9pm, Pearce will play anthem after anthem, enticing not only those on site to get it on, but the entire country. This looks like being Dave’s show of the year. He couldn’t command a better audience than the tidy massive, and you can be sure they’ll be showing their extreme appreciation.

Kutski, Radio 1’s latest signing is sure to deliver a memorable set as his offering is recorded live for future broadcast. You’ll be able to hear this on ‘the Residency’, in the not to distant future.

This really is gearing up to the biggest and most charged Weekender tidy have delivered to date. With ten years now firmly under their belt, the Chinese are already locked in discussions about renaming 2006 –The Year of the dog, to 2006 - The Year of Tidy!
