So at 7:30 this morning they send out an email telling people not to now turn up at the 9:00 start time designated on the tickets but at 9:30 instead. Must be to give them time to have a cup of tea and find a park at the Villa. Pathetic.

Well we can’t have any of the CS giving them time for free in order to arrive before 9:00 for a 9:00 start!

I went this morning. The usual vague stuff about 'making the island vibrant' whatever that means.

Most of the climate change session was taken up with people introducing themselves. Most questions were left un-answered.

Nobody explained why we didn't build a wind turbine 10 years ago or why the IOM Government is still buying petrol vehicles.

We need action not words.

Yes me too. If I didn’t think the future economic strategy was just a load of pie in the delusional bullshit to keep civil servants in jobs before I certainly believe it now. They are going to piss all the money we have in reserves up the wall in an attempt to try and find some shit that sticks.

What was the turnout like?  Full of fellow blue rinse grannies?

You don’t need to register you can just turn up to any session, the health one & brownfield one are of interest yo me so will probably turn up

No doubt they will launch the former nurses' home as a brownfield site once again.

What about a decent bus station for Douglas? We have only been waiting 15 years.
