Well, yes.

This is what happens when there has been an ongoing industrial dispute since November of 2019. I think it's quite reasonable that they are doing precisely what they are contracted to do (and no extra) given that teachers' pay has been eroded by 30% over the past 10 years. It's amazing that 'Working to Rule' is even considered to be disobedience by some!

Are there many professions where workers pay hasn’t been eroded over the last 10 years?
