According so his LinkedIn self-praise article, he has worked at Colas full-time for almost 8 years. The Colas web site does not mention energy and electricity generation as one of its areas of expertise. There's already a full time Blue Carbon Officer as well though, it was publicised (or outed) about a year ago.
