Well, l have witness several of the long blue rails of the promenade that have come loose and they are laying abandoned on the beach in several places. In fact I would say there incompetence is running the government a very close second, with every chance of overtaking them in stupidity with money. If they had the same amount of money as central government they would leave them standing in the waste athon. Just imagine the prom with some leather weather armchairs with bluetooth and footwarmers that some glib salesman would fleece them with. It is quite ironic that if the DOI had enquired of the DBC they could of pointed them in the right direction of a new barrier system. DBC car parks are able to process cash/cards and contracts for parking, it is also able to stand the rigours of being outdoors.
