Note to self: don’t make jokes when baiting trolls.

Did anyone take it seriously ? Stimulated a bit of talk about the rights and wrongs of an entirely hypothetical 155mph, so served it's purpose.  You're a bit of a loose cannon, so it can be tricky to tell your jokes from your genuine opinions a lot of the time, but I don't think this was one of those times.

Is there a difference between baiting trolls and being a troll?

Should that not be "Trollers" from the American fishing method of casting out a line and bait, then reeling in for the fish to bite ?

Often mistaken for "trolls" who live under bridges.

Which speed? If you mean 60 of course there's plenty of places it's safe.

Define safe, it assumes you 'know the risks' and have the capability to respond to unforseen events, you will say you are safe but thats opinion / bravado  not fact. Driving a car at 40 miles per hour is safer than 60 so 60 is less safe.

Any speed is unsafe if you have a total knob doing 60 towards you in your lane, because its the only thrill they can get other than kiddieporn.

Studies by the UK Department for Transport clearly show old people are a high risk, and should not be on the roads at any speed it should not be an old persons choice to stop driving when they finally realise they are incapable any more than a drink driver should make that call.

Take the keys off them at 65 and give then a free bus pass.

Did you just get up? It was perfectly good weather at 8am this morning.

It wasn't when I got off the bus at 7:55 this morning. It rained so heavy that I got off nearer the office rather than getting a coffee and walking to work.

Nope, only started pooring with rain at 9am when I was on the way back from Starbucks.

It started pouring down at 07:40 and then again at 09:00

I was doing my active travel. I got piss wet through both times. Didn't kill me though.

They say in the Lake district. There is no such thing as unsuitable weather, only unsuitable clothing

Yeah right!
