Therefore less property to rent and prices go up - simple economics. I am typing this on a bus (timetable was pretty easy) with people sat next to us who have been chatting to us about how much they love the island having moved here in April. You only have to look at the local Facebook groups or socialise anywhere on the island to know there are people moving here all the time.
