Bazza Smurf
The wholesale price of gas is heading south. So should the price of electricity. I wonder if the £16,000,000 on 'smart meters' is having an effect. The sooner the MUA spending is brought under proper control and regulation the better I feel for customers. But Allinson says it won't cost the consumers a penny because the MUA will pay it all. Isn't he Treasury Minister now?

It's even worse than a million a week, they'd budgeted for a 50 million loss but expect it to hit 76 million (probably where the 26 million figure comes from) source IOM today back in September sorry don't know how to link. Since then the price of gas has dropped and they haven't lost as much as they thought they would.

hissingsid
They apparently had 150 complaints according to them. Then again sums and adding up don’t seem to be their specialist subject 🤣.

"North Douglas MHK John Wannenburgh is the chair of the OFT" Surely it's no coincidence that OFT also stands for "Obnoxious Fat Twat".

Agree looks like the loan was a load of bollocks really. Never used and now it’s needed as the rates are going up they’ve found something else to spend it on.
