No, Scales said he mentioned it to a Councillor, nothing more. As for screenshots, just the other day someone was convicted of sending dodgy texts to themselves to try and get someone else into trouble. Investigating whether the screenshots are genuine takes time. Assuming Scales has even supplied the originals to DBC; he's certainly not gone to the police, or assisted the alleged victims in doing so, which is odd in itself.
