NPM seem averse to adding links. Presumably the £450k is only payroll, they must have spent £3m+ on Nurses home alone by now (await @Roger Mexico take from accounts), unless that's through a different SPV

That is after all the only way to get a business with a long term business plan that was always going to turn a loss for the first few years up and running. Hopefully they will give more detail on the Parade Street site soon. The salary and design fees plus office rent and normal business costs to get that to the stage it’s at must be significant in their own right.
Two-lane
https://www.iomtoday.co.im/news/mdcs-funding-model-has-not-changed-631081 One of the readers letters references Croydon. Make a Google search on "arms - length development company Croydon" to see what can go wrong with this kind of setup.

I'm not sure when they were placed on the Register of Business, though more looks to have been added since, so it was probably a week or so at least. News organisation often hold back these sort of stories in reserve for what are always going to be quiet news days. There's actually three lots of accounts: Manx Development Corporation Limited - Directors’ Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements Manx Development Corporation – WMV Limited Manx Development Corporation – FNH Limited At a wild guess WMV is Westminster Village and FNH is Former Nurses Home. I've got other things to do today, so I leave you all the joy of rummaging through them.
english zloty
https://www.iomtoday.co.im/news/mdc-buys-up-ps2m-of-property-657880 Well, isn't this the best success story ever. Nurses Home clearly running over budget on what was already an extremely large budget and near £3.00 million as a gamble bullying people out of their homes and businesses. Way to go. So that Malone fella doesn’t own the premises, is only on a 12 month rolling lease, was given notice to a leave by his landlord who can sell subject to vacant possession but refuses to leave? Why? Does he just like the limelight or does he not understand how a rental agreement works? 1 1

I suspect he is doing it out of principle because he is a nice man and doesn’t like bullies See for example free Christmas lunch each year 1
english zloty
Hesketh is Keith Lord I believe so entering into negotiations is a long way away from agreeing anything without the taxpayers money being further ass-raped

Where does a bully come into it? The reasons for the notice are irrelevant. He is just wasting his own time and energy, and presumably a load of taxpayers money trying to prove a stupid point. 1

I thought that, but anyone with eyes could people coming and going over the last few weeks, with the name of the company written on their jackets, so I wondered if I had missed something more subtle. 1
