No doubt Raj has a lot of desolate, abandoned, deliberately left to rack and ruin sites he could offer them.

He had a pre-prepared speech for question time and wanted to take up the whole alloted time himself, on this which is a small point of the whole thing, even if there is some merit in what's being said. The truth is, I don't know one way or another, having not looked at it.
