They have done the same in the Channel Islands ...onus on you to disprove their claims of fully sold developments when clearly not.  How can they afford quite lovely offices here and in Jersey supporting their rental portfolio...

The problem appears to be developer(s) maintaining they have sold all of their new properties - when in reality they haven't.  Thus giving the impression that there is a demand for more properties to be built- but this is false 'demand' because a lot the stock they have on their rental books could be sold and be sold affordably - but that wouldn't keep the developers in business. .. would it?
