Filming the presentation is fine but not the consultants which makes no sense seeing as we are at a public meeting. Off to a weird start there. After the hundreds of millions we've spent/wasted on the promenade, the new boat, the Liverpool ferry terminal etc etc. A new school about to be built too, and we're already in deficit and living off the reserves.
