And I’m sure he drove past me this morning driving one of the millions of Sprinters he bought when he was in charge. He’s like the taxpayer funded turd that won’t flush.

It looks to be up on blocks or old sleepers, perhaps to facilitate the repair/replacement of the offending bogies and axles?

It's another Liverpool Terminal scenario, we've spent so much money on it now that we're in for the long haul and we've got to keep spending to get to the end. Trying to save political face rather than public money.
