Offshore and his alter egos are having their AGM at the railway, before marching down the quay to protest about road closures…ironic, really, since the police have closed the road.

Well, they did turn up at a Peel school in response to an alleged bomb threat. Any half-brained terrorist would have made sure they were nowhere in the vicinity when the bomb went off, but nevertheless, the police turned up wearing balaclavas and carrying automatic rifles. I recall that in my days it was best to steer clear of the fifth-formers (remove). Maybe the police were worried about them.
