They know a lot about their products but each has their respective strengths. I've never seen someone ask about the beers not to be passed onto the other owner, who buys it in. Aged in Lochlea whisky casks. There are also some crackers from a brewery called Sinister that are barrel aged in seven different casks. I like Big Moose but there are better out there. Will investigate some purchasing tonight and probably pop into Hops at some point. Yeah as I said within, they are more like wine at that % and effort to brew, so to me they should be priced similarly. Except I'd probably share a bottle of wine. I can be selfish with these.
