The fines are extremely heavy for what? Asking whether a cigar selling establishment is selling many cigars ( maybe they are, maybe they are not)

Could you perhaps give an example of the “ extremely heavy” fines that may have been imposed on people for  having a discussion about cigar smoking. (The reality you say you know)

Literally you aren’t allowed to advertise.

Walk into a place selling cigarettes currently, it’s covered and they only are allowed to show you what they have if you ask. You can’t advertise online. 
 

I’m not in a position to provide in depth examples as I’m entertaining tonight. If you do want me to, let me know and I will another day. 
 

They sell through boxes of cigars pretty much as and when they’re received.

OK your last paragraph pretty much answers my question which  was what I was asking. How are sales of cigars going in a venue which sold itself as a place to enjoy craft beer and cigars?

I think we all know the restrictions on tobacco advertising. That wasn’t the question. Not sure why we had to go all  around the houses to get to finally get the question answered.
