It's not actually new. It's been the case for quite a few years now. I know of a number of places here who wanted to get the cover and couldn't, before and after Covid. Yes, Zurich announced that they were getting out of car Insurance. Nothing at all to do with Isle of Man. To do with not wanting to be in car insurance.
