Anyone wanting to be at the ceremony will need a full Sec3 background check and clearance. The police force will have to order a job-lot of balaclavas. Anyone pointing a camera with a long lens on it in any direction will get shot. After all - better safe than sorry. And everyone on the island will be required to pledge allegiance - if you refuse to sign you will obviously be an anarchist and will be transported to Jurby for a couple of weeks.
