And what are you basing that on?

Probably a damn sight more educated than most of the people commenting about his appearance, sexual orientation or the fact he's on big brother.

Yeah, he's on big brother, the last thing he would want or expect is people talking shit about him.

His friends speak very highly of him. Authentic, kind, intelligent, caring and funny.

In short, not a dick.

I can see why some might not like him.

I just hope he keeps a level head and doesn't come out of there wishing he hadn't gone in, as many apparently do after. a spell in there.

He could just have started rotations

He's probably just started as a Foundation Year 2 doctor.  If as someone says he did A-levels in 2017, he will have qualified in 2022 at the earliest and started his FY1 year in August that year.

He might be doing a 'care of the elderly' placement, but is in no way considered a specialist, and has not started core training, let alone specialty training.

Other scenarios are possible.  He may never have started work as a doctor, he may be taking a break to enable his BB appearance. I haven't checked the GMC register.  I can however confirm, as I've been asked a few times in real life, that I've not come across him at Noble's and as far as I'm aware he doesn't work over here.

I'm perhaps being a little uncharitable but thank the Lord we can disown him then if he doesn't live/work here.

Pretty sure he went to Trinity Dublin and is working in Ireland.

Mystery solved.  I should have thought to check the Irish register as well.  Though he went to QUB rather than Trinity.

So many people turning amateur sleuth on this. The comments under the latest IOM Newspapers attempt to tell us all about this chap made me laugh. Looks like some have found more on Google that the crack team of investigative journalists at Tindel News could be bothered finding

I think if you have a level head you wouldn’t want to go in there in the first place.

I imagine that those that wish they hadn’t gone in are the ones that don’t win. (Isn’t there some sort of cash prize or  at least some possible public recognition ?)

The prize is £100,000 this time.  It seems mostly to have been in that sort of region since the start with inflation not making much difference.
