Well we know the IOMG will regulate it to death because they have already increased the size of the Gambling Supervision Commission by ten (and that was 18 months ago, so more may have been added). In which time they've managed to come up with a website (with a header picture of empty chairs, which may be more significant than they meant) and issued exactly zero licences.
