Our snivel serpents consider this to be an acceptable presentation of information for guidance to the public?

And we wonder why everything IOMG touches is such a mess?

Month's of hard work were spent creating that flow chart by a VIP in the CS, must admit it makes no sense to me apart from it looks like the courts are going to be busy chasing all non-compliant villians.

IMO not a bad document, could have benefitted a bit from some proof-reading, but not bad.

And just exemplifies the level of contortion fabricated to justify civil service positions. These people are just employed to justify themselves basically.

Had a good snigger at this before. Super posh website look but not updated for ages. Legislative programme, a work of fantasy, targets meh, half of the departments haven't bothered updating their plans, no indication as to how it's going. Even the opening text is out of date.

Overall, like this administration, all noise and no action. Looks pretty though.

We don't need big reservations, we need affordable housing.

Once again developers use Section 13 to avoid having to provide affordable housing.

I'd prefer to see IOM government supporting affordable housing rather than more luxury flats.

I agree. There should be no wriggle room on providing affordable housing.

Would it be possible to have an all affordable housing development. Would they still make money at say 15% profit instead of 48%

How many FTBs could afford the management fees in a complex like that though? The rest of the apartments will be sold for very high values and probably a couple of grand a year in maintenance required to keep them in good order there.
