Council planning to purchase 'modern benches' for prom

There is one on Douglas promenade.   It's on the grass next to walkway.

It’s an absolute disaster.

They have positioned it so that the prevailing wind normally blows up the ikkle fishies bum hole and he/she/they then regurgitate all the recylcled bottles all over the prom out of his/hers/theirs big gapey mouth all over the promenade.
