His photo was on IOMToday making the announcement, with a straight face, saying it is because customers prefer it 😂 ( that is contact by email ). Disgrace of a company and seemingly our powers that be are doing nothing about it. A token effort by OFT who seemingly have no legislation or power to make a difference. She got a bill of £1,500 a short while ago,; it seemed excessive, approaching 3 times what it was previously. I tried to persuade her to challenge it, but she was so worried about it she went and paid it.
