Actually most of those appear un-decapitated to me (on a laptop). Only the first picture of the guy in Finch Road (they go a long way for these stories) has him scalped. Why they need two of each person is a mystery though, it may indicate they have finally realised that these headless pictures are making them a laughing stock.
