It can be sailed around the island by a couple of well dressed ‘undercover coppers’ (Cockup and Tubs) who break up international drug groups and smuggling rings before lunch. Seems the FSA aren't so interested in sources of wealth, anti money laundering etc when an unemployed drug dealer pays his fine to Govt.
